Welcome to Streator Youth Football League player registration. SYFL is open to all players entering 1st - 8th grade in the fall of 2026.

Leagues are separated by grade/age groups; 1st-8th Grade (Flag), 5th-8th Grade (Tackle), Cheerleading.

Please ensure all entered information is accurate in order to have correct spelling for player names on Team Rosters/Programs and correct addresses and phone numbers for updates and/or Team information that needs communicated. Most importantly, SYFL wants to have correct contact information for emergency purposes.

MEDICAL QUESTIONNAIRE MUST BE FILLED OUT PRIOR TO REGISTRATION. FAILURE TO COMPLETE THE FORM WILL NOT FULLY REGISTER PLAYER! - MEDICAL QUESTIONNAIRE LINK IS LOCATED ON THE HOME PAGE OF THE SYFL WEBSITE.

GENERAL LIABILITY-Release and Waiver of Claims
In consideration of my child being allowed to participate in the SYFL program, I hereby release and hold harmless the SYFL, coaches, member and volunteers from any and all liability for injury, damages, medical expenses, or any other loss to my child/family/self, including attorney's fees arising from or relating to my child's participation in SYFL activities. I acknowledge my child is physically able to play.

Furthermore, I give permission for emergency medical treatment for illness or injury if SYFL is unable to contact parent/guardian.
